MINORITY AND WOMEN’S ASSISTANCE PROGRAMSScholarships for minorities are more plentiful than you may think. Most are awarded through private organizations that have some type of professional or civic affiliation with the minority it serves. Below are programs available to minorities and women in Florida: AHDA Minority Scholarship awarded to members of a minority group(s) currently under-represented in dental hygiene programs.
